alright Oxford parkrun 3.12 mi 00:31 10:03 pace

First time back at parkrun since 2012. Hard to believe it's been that long. Was aiming for 10-min per mile pace but had to walk a couple of hundred yards, so not too bad, all things considered. Let's hope the muscles remember the glory days of faster running, so that I can post some solid improvement over the next few weeks.
