Nobody told me #VFF #running improves your pace so radically. Setting training PRs every time I go out. Today's outback finished with a 20:28 5K. Insane...

13 days agoWell the first mile was the hardest, then I got into my rhythm and forgot the aches and pains... This is something I learned from "Brain Training for Runners" - running a few miles when your muscles are sore accustoms your body to functioning better during the tough races, and actually speeds recovery of torn muscle fibers... Having said all that, today is full rest day :)
