    Great run, except for the Waikiki part where people have no idea how to walk in a crowd. If you're four deep on a boardwalk don't take up the entire walkway side by side.

    I need to start waking my ass up early to do these runs during the summer. Wasn't trying to push the pace, just wanted to finish in the heat with the goal of running for 90+ minutes. Exhausted.

    It was 101 and we ran at 1pm because we're stupid. We went slow, don't even know the time. Felt good to be exhausted.

    Felt good to get back out there after taking a month and a half break. My quad was still tight, guess rest didn't do that much good. Most bummed that my daily mile stats suffered.
