today felt really strong. No mishaps on my part and actually posted my PB for 3 laps around the loop today. Feeling good for the race next weekend. This was done on my single speed running a 32/18. A lot of people out today so my first lap was actually my slowest, passing and waiting on people so at 34 minutes I feel really good on my race pace today :)
