@Jamie: Now, its back to daily life, where the only workouts are my relatively short commute, and occasional big rides on weekends... and a few races thrown in as well

Sirji; I have done long distances like hsr - inovative film city and back. i can manage upto 150 kms / day. dont mind in increasing to 300 and currently training to meet. I have a Trek 4 Series 2010 model. Love to ride with you! thanks for the revert thou.

@Vivek: I have the same bike (assuming, u r talkin abt the 4300)..... 150 km a day is awesome enough.... A jump to 300 directly is not recommended...... Funny things happen to u when u cross the 200 km mark (on an MTB atleast)..... How about a 200km ride this sunday?
