It was supposed to be an easy comeback run.... But, the HR hit the roof in no time.... Got exhausted quickly too.... Avg HR was 166.... On my good days, for a run this slow, i'd be at somewhere under 145.... Need to be steady

Thanks people..... @sabine: but ur HR wouldn't be as high, and never will u get exhausted doing a 5k run
