wanted to do multiple hill repeats of Nandi. I had hoped of doing at least 5x Nandi. But, the third climb saw me run out of electrolytes and cramped, with the scorching sun making things worse. So i pulled out of chasing my dream.... But, i still managed my first climb in my personal best time.... But, this exercise was just as much importantly, downhill training for me (i'm shit scared of downhills).... Here are my ascent and descent times ( ~500 m over 7.5 km, i.e. avg 6% gradient):

1st ascent: 36:26 min
1st descent: 11:50
2nd ascent: 41:25
2nd descent: 11:38
3rd ascent: 58:58 (including time lost in breaks to sport out my cramps)
3rd descent: 12:48

And on my way back from Nandi, there was a nice tailwind that helped me home inspite of my screwed muscles.

On another note, my age is minus 8! acc to the 220-age formula! Yippee! (Or is my HRM screwed? I actually furiously climbed during my first ascent... So, quite possible that i hit the roof)

Next aim: doing a sub 30 min Nandi ascent on knobbies
