New shoes aren't working out so well. On a positive side of things though the weather was fantastic. Such a nice day out!

smart idea...it is Very Hard to lose alot of weight when running a lot. Weight training will get you a lot further with weight loss! I find when I ease off on the running between races I lose a little weight too. Lift weights, cut carbs with exception of fruit/veg, and increase protein. You Can Do This!!
