    Swam after work, breaking the swim up into four chunks: 1 mile swim, 1/2 mile kick, 1 mile pull, 1 mile swim. First mile was 24:05.

    Did this one solo, as my long swim partner was not availalbe. Good swim, strong pace. I tried to speed it up around mile 2.5, but think that may have been premature as mile 4 was pretty tough.
