great monday evening spin 01:00

same instructor as the last 2 times i've done it. felt really awesome. it almost felt easy at some points. and really tough at others. but every time i looked up and saw myself in the mirror, i was smiling and happy... sweating is really just a wonderful thing!

    i agree-sweating is the best! this trainer and the gym makes fun of me since I live in the gym these days. was there today in the morning and later too he old me to go home and relax lol.
