      Nice work!! Stomach stuff is tough. Tums can help but assuming you have tried that. I do know ppl who take Lomitil but that is REALLY strong stuff.

      Hi, I'm Andrew S's brother. Great run! Are you eating GU's and gels and whatnot during your runs? The syrup in those things always upsets my stomach. I eat raisins on long runs. Works great for me.

      Thanks! (BEWARE: dirty details) Yes, I have tried a lot of things, the uncaffinated GUs actually have been the best for my stomach, before I couldn't eat anything. For this race, I had a gel after we had the big water crossing (~4 mi) and then tried to eat a mini muffin over several miles from 7-10 and after that wasn't able to eat anything else the rest of the race (just salt tabs and water). With puking every 30min or so even without eating anything. The nausea and upset stomach lingers. NO IDEA!!?
