good Insanity Day 3 - Cardio Recovery 00:38

Insanity Workout Day 3 - Cardio Recovery - lots of stretching. I didn't get tired much but I guess that's the idea -- for my body to recover. The different types of squat workouts were killer! My calves are still sore, but the stretching and stick afterwards helped. Stay classy DMers! :)
