    ran this morning. weather was 48 degrees . Around lake Hollingsworth. It went alright. Had to walk a little due to cramps and leg bothering me, but it'll be better tomorrow.

    Ran Lake Hollingsworth with my dad. Went pretty well. Challenged myself in the end with picking up the pace a little. All In All . A well ran run...or a well run ran..or something like that. lol I'm no english major or nothing.
