Nice easy run this morning in the drizzle. Felt good, just a bit sore from yoga last night. Purposely kept it super slow; attempting a double today to fit more miles in.... GVH practice tonight. Mile repeats are on the menu.

    Good job keeping it easy. Save it for the workout! Though...sometimes it takes as much discipline going slow as it does to churn out a difficult workout.
