      Changing a bit for happy wife can be a good thing :) Plus, with a recovery week for Carnival, you may enjoy it more, too as a workout stress release (maybe...not sure what Carnival is like :) )

      Larry, it depends: Here in Santa Cruz - we're at 1500 feet or so, when I run in Cuevas we're in the foothills and elevation ranges from 4400 to 6000 depending on where I run...

      I don't like Ralk. Try a "Wun," since it rolls of the tongue better, and it will be what you've done when you finish the Keys 100.
