Killer spin today. This video is brutal! Starts out with a nice warmup then proceeds into 4 x 15 minutes + 2 minute rests between sets. Each set goes to bigger and bigger gears so by the end I was in my top gear grinding away. I felt really good to have gotten through it, but I wanted to quit a couple of times. Good fun, this one. Now it's time to whip up some pancakes! :)
