Awesome run this morning. My form was spot on the entire run. Did 2 easy miles, 2 @ ~ 8:25, and another 2 easy. Beautiful morning with essentially no wind. May be the best run so far this year. I am looking forward to many more of those!

It is on my birthday. Happy birthday to me! Yes, I will be ready for it, no question. The bigger question is if I can maintain the hectic training schedule to be ready for the May onslaught without hurting myself again. :)
