While I don't have the mental fortitude to run 13 miles on the mill like Melissa, I can manage to trudge through the snow and get it done. It was a beautiful morning out. The last couple of miles were a bit of a drag as the roads were all slushy and slippery downtown Mystic. Other than that, the roads were nicely snow covered and not at all slippery. The snow slowed the pace a bit, but otherwise a fantastic run!

It's the miles on the feet that count -- however I think you had a great pace!

Nice job Steve! I like running in the snow but always seem to experience vertigo when I do. How do you avoid that dizzy feeling when the snow is coming down?

Hmmm. I can't say I've ever experienced it. That would make it tough going though.
