    Ran a short distance with Bala who is unstoppable. His pace was amazing even after 7 days of consecutive marathons. He can put Dean karnazez to shame I'm sure :-)

      Good strengthening !! No matter how many push ups I can do or how many KMS i can run, i cant do one single push up lol. Good stuff ! :)

    9 workouts - All Tabata (8 sets) - With a 1 min break inbetween - JJs, Lunges, Squats, Bear Crawls, Press, High knees, Push ups, Calf raise and Planks.

    A 5K run outside followed by leg curls,extensions,lat row & pulldowns,hip adductor w/o.
    Ended with 3X4 pull ups. Now lookin fwd to Krishna's MM workout tomo!
