    After Wednesday I decided to get out there early and get my run in. I felt OK but my back was a little sore near the end at least I will give myself a full day on the turn around to rest.

    Nice run through Hines drive just to get a different view for the day. but it takes too much prep to get there and get back it cost at least 1/2 hour of travel where I could have been running.
