Set out to keep this one steady and easy.......I did until Ms 20 y/o ponytail swisher blew by me at mile 5. My first thought was "oh hell no you didn't". I dropped down to 8:25 for about 3/4 of a mile and she just kept getting farther away. Good times. Otherwise it was a hot, humid, sweatfest out there.
