    Had to run this as it was in my hood and only $15 donation. Over 400 running which was bigger than I thought it might be. Laying down a sub-23 is pretty hard for this old man these days. :)

    I don't think you can even call 24 degrees for 1 mile a cool down. I call it a trying to not get stiff too quick. Ran the 1 mile with Wendy R. to finish up the day and head for pizza and beer.
