    Got fluid on my knee from sliding in softball Monday night. I think I may retired permanently from softball because every time I go back, I get a slight injury that interrupts my running.

    Pushing the body to longer miles while the temps are cool. Legs are responding well and pushed out my fastest mile as my last of the day.
