after yesterday's Ameri-Canned Beer Festival, I need some real cardio to burn off all the beer I tasted. 1hr bike 40min weights.

only about half of the distance I wanted to run today, but i'm nursing some achy body parts so I'd rather take it slow.

took a few days rest a treat a still pretty tight right calf, keeping the weight training to upper body and slow walk on the treadmill.
