great PUD to Scappoose and back 24.52 mi 01:22 17.9mph pace

Nice ride in the cool sun. Took a few miles to get warmed up rode till I ran out of fuel then tried some water chia seed mix. My energy came back quick, so I'm going to try that out on some long runs and see if it wont make me puke like GUs do.
