    It was great getting back to the UVM course; I used to run it twice a day! :)
    It was a beautiful sky...raining at first but then cleared up.

    It was cold...brrr but it was nice to get out and then I got back home and Emma Mae watched me do sits up and push ups, yeah!

    It was my first run in my new shoes and with the jogging stroller and it felt quite good! If I keep this up, I'll whip back into shape in no time....optimism is a good motivator.
