I used iShape when I dropped my weight last year. I went from 87.5kg down to 70kg. Without iShape I don't think I could have done it, what is amazing is not the amount of calories you eat it is the amount of calories you drink.

2 loaves of bread?!? Holy crap man.
Although burning 20k calories is mighty impressive.
I track my calories every day; it is good to be mindful of what you put down your gullet!
If you ever want to go for diet, try Diet Dr Pepper or Pepsi Max. They both have the caffeine w/out the diety taste. Or Sierra Mist...they now have one with ruby tangerine flavor which is double yum.

If you are burning 20K calories a week through exercise and using the principle of 2K calories for a non labour working male (I assumed you don't do manual labour because if I recall you mentioned once you worked for Microsoft), then your weekly consumption is around 35K calories (rounded so it divides by 7) so that is 5K calories a day, eat up. :-)
