    I was supposed to go farther than this but it was way too hot for me so I'm hoping I can get out a lot earlier on Thursday for a long run. I love summer so much but I hate running in it!

    Holy hell it's hot out. My phone said it was 28 when I left my work. My water was warm within 10 minutes of being outside.

      Yuck! It has been hot though - I put ice in my bottles and even so mine was warm in less than half an hour!

      I didn't want to annoy the lady at starbucks with a silly extra request but next time it will be worth it. (Run home - or at least towards home along the train line from work is my plan when I don't wake up early enough to run before... runs like this will sure motivate me to be up earlier!!)
