The race went great! My watch showed the time as 44:01, so evidently there was quite a discrepancy between that and the official (chip) results. However, I placed 28th overall, and second in my age division! It was fun to do the race with such a big group - Brita's family, as well as a bunch of their friends were all signed up for the 10K or the 2-mile fun run.
