It should be a crime how nice the weather in Arizona is in January. :) Again, it was a perfect day for a run. Felt pretty good, although I needed to have eaten more before -- I definitely had less energy than I would have liked. I hit 6.2 miles at 46:20, which is much slower than I am hoping to run the 10K on Saturday. Guess we'll see!

about 1 month agoWell, Brita & I came down for Quinn's reception last Sat., but then there is a 10K this Sat that we are staying for. So we get a week away from winter! :)
