    Hair of the dog ride from downtown GR. This was a blast for a mountain bike ride on a 22 degree day. Lots of ice and snow packed roads, with a few cobblestone road hill climb challenges.

      I went to one really nice gym on Monday and even with the corp discount it's 65 per month down from 82 with no sign up fees. I may opt for Snap Fitness or something. I really just want to use the elipitical for about 45 min a day, maybe a stationary bike. Dr. Horton sounds good, but I might have to skip the warm up jumping around right now. Thanks for the udpates everyone.

    Nice walk with about 1.1 mile of running in the middle. I am coming back a little bit at a time, as my left leg continues to get stronger. It was 33 degrees with melting snow along the trail.
