Not to bad...had a hard time getting warmed up. Nice flat run though.

Good...hit the gym today..only did 40 min of cardio..10 on the bike and 30 on the non impact machine...plan on running tomarrow!

Today was without a doubt the furthist I have ran in sometime..I feel great today though I know come tomarrow I probably will not be able to move. The weather was beautiful outside.

Day two back in the gym..yesterday I lifted arms and hit the non-impact guy for about 20 min...a nice warm up..did shoulders and back today and got in a nice lazy mile...well when your as out of shape as me..just breathing is a great start!
