Week 4 - Easy Run(/Walk) 3 mi

Cut my workout again today in half by exchanging 6 miles for 3 and lowering the intensity to a run/walk. Still keeping my workouts in, albeit them shorter, and hoping to nip this cold in the butt. Conveniently, it's occurring on my recovery week. >_>
