I had to modify Monday's workout since circumstances with getting things repaired in our home took up my hours when I came home from work. I only reasonably had about 30 minutes to squeeze much later in the evening, so I did one of the hardest cycling intervals I knew -

10 minute warm up, MS: 1 min z5 very hard (1 min recovery)

I still want to fit in a brick workout somewhere this week; just need to figure out when.
