Tracy - I'm following Jack Daniel's Running Formula (http://www.amazon.com/Daniels-Running-Formula-2nd-Edition/dp/0736054928) :) It's the same thing that I used towards my marathons last year, just with a few modifications, like adding in cycling and such.
