I ended up taking a 3 week break :x
To be fair, I didn't stop exercising completely -- I've still been taking dance classes and crossfit, just ... I haven't been racking up any mileage running, biking, and swimming-wise so I just haven't been logging it. But.. I'm glad I took 3 weeks "off"... I feel much, much more focused because........ it's about that time of year where I'm going to be training for marathon season!
