Sometimes ... you just have to take your bike out and not workout, but just go out for the sake of going out. Sean and I took our bikes to the Wekiva trail today. No intervals, just lots of chit chat, which I think breaks the monotony of "OMG-NEED-MOAR-SPEED-NEED-MORE-CAPILLARIES-GOOO".

Took a brunch break at Panera (which is along the trail), too.
