    A surprisingly smart run for me. Right hip (IT band, I think) started to bother me on my last run, and I was a little worried about starting my 1/2 training. Kept it super-slow and felt great.

    Longest run in awhile...and a lunch-run to boot! Work, Upper Walnut Creek Greenway to the lake, around the lake and back to work. Ipod died almost immediately....music-free was a nice change.
