      At my age I try not to get too stressed, so I'd say do whatever you feel like when the moment comes!!! of course thinking this way there are no nothings and no laughs over distances covered. Everything counts. Don't forget that yesterday you run the Peloponnese :-)))

    Managed the 5:45 alarm clock but then a bit lazy when got outside! So walked half way, (strange it was all uphill) then ran back, strange all downhill...lol Great day ahead :)

      Christmas on it's way too. I was wondering, have you done your Christmas shopping yet? We did the Christmas decoration last weekend, children were focused on decorating the tree for just five minutes and then they lost interest.

      There are solutions for everything dear Sharon. Have you thought of carrying a bunch of garlic, maybe even a cross and holy water (a gun with silver bullets might be too much). Great photo by the way. Let's see if this year you'll have as much snow as last year.
