      Hey there! Tell me about it! I'm on the verge of losing my mind without running so the feeling is mutual! I haven't signed up for anything just yet since I am not sure when my doctor will release me to run again. And then he says that it will be "gradual" so no telling what kind of shape I'll be in or how long it will take me to get back in it. I really want to do a full in March and if I don't start training in September I'll be pushing it. I'll text you about coffee!!!!

      Girl, I miss you like crazy on the trails. You know what I'm talking about!! I'm skipping water breaks and running with Allen or solo until the DRC half. When are we meeting for coffee??? Soon!!

    I kinda hate to say that I'm getting used to this but in some ways today wasn't so bad. I think that the music really helps me and I do like that I get a good sweat.
