Footin' it for Frodo Day 16 - 146 miles run, 54 to go! This was certainly a slow and sore Saturday, and not quite as long as I would have liked to go. However, I'm really pushing it - 146 miles over 16 runs in 20 days. My legs need a serious rest, and an ice bath. However, the motivation is strong.
