Mostly offload on double track bridleways, this was a mystery run with my Garmin leading the way. It was exteremly dark, pretty damned cold oh, and snowing. That said it was a great run, would have been very happy with my 9m/m target too. Felt strong the whole way bar the old cold nip in my hamstrings.
