    My legs felt dead so I stopped after 2 miles. I'm going to see if I'll have better luck on the bike tomorrow.

    Gorgeous day. I just had to go out and get in some exercise. I'm not up to running again yet. I am thinking of cycling into town again in the morning to see the start of the Bayshore Marathon.

  10.  #FindYourStrong I think that the best example is when I initially took up running. I was nearly 40, a smoker, overweight, asthmatic and unfit. Despite that, I got up, got out and got going.

    I decided to go for a fairly level off-road run. It went well until I pissed off my Achilles. Still, I got in a couple of miles. This weekend - back to the road.

      The road is where I call home. I suppose the trail seems nice, but I'll take some concrete or asphalt any day says this city kid. Nice run Paul.
