      haha...if you continue to run in the heat(albeit, safely~keeping hydrated etc)you'l acclimate and be a better runner once the cooler temps arrive!...can't believe you ran this with only 3 hrs sleep!!..wow!...that's great...I can't function, let alone run, on that little sleep!...but then again, I'm old!!

      thanks! i usually run through neighborhoods, mostly on streets, so i usually start somewhere near my home. i don't have a fancy gps tracker thing, so i need to map things out using the streets. i know my distances aren't totally accurate then, but i figure it's good enough to get an idea of how far/fast i'm running. the trails in town are really nice, though.
