    Ran with Kingston and Beckett and it got hot pretty quickly so this was a little harder then the last run but once they set their mind on 2 miles they were unstoppable.

    Met up with my crew during part of their 20 miler! This was my best long run in awhile. I felt amazing the entire time!!

    Orange Theory. Arms and Abs!! It was strength so I tried to do everything at heavier weights then I usually do. This was my favorite of Scott's work outs so far!

    Crazy inclines and all outs!! It was hard and awesome! First time I thought I might fly off the treadmill because of the incline pace combo!
