    Took it easy except for the first mile. Alfred and I were late so we ran a 9:10 to catch up with everyone. That was tough on tired legs!

    Ran 3 with Lola and .4 with Laney and K made a cameo for a mile and a half. A bit warm but super windy. Strange weather.

    This was tougher than my 10 miler. My stomach didnt feel great and there was no shoulder so I kept having to jump into the ditch. Tomorrow is another day!

    My first leg of Ragnar TN. Took me some time to gwt in my groove but I ran the last 6.2 in 59:03 for my fastest 10k and a 5k in 27:03 for my fastest 5k! All in all this felt amazing!
