    This was a tough run with a lot of uphill but it was also super fun!! It was almost an even 3/3 split with trail and road.

    It was 8 poses in 45 minutes which meant each pose was held forever. It was not my favorite!

      I've heard julie smith talk about these classes. She did one for an hour with 6 poses only. She wasn't a fan but she did say it made her legs really loosen up the next day

    Ran 4.5 with Laina for our work running club then ran 4.5 at NRC for a total of 9!
