    Day 1 if Stump Jump training! Ran Left on White, left on Red then Right on White for a little while before turning around. I miss the trails even when it's brutally hot!

    The running was a lot of inclines and a few all outs. Everytime I think a burpee can't get harder it does! Burpee with weights that included a push up, bicep curls and shoulder presses!
