    Ran 1 mile to Ballenger then did 6 hill repeats. Ran for 90 seconds up hill as fast as I could go. All of these were under 9 most were under 8:30 and the last one was 7:47. It was a great work out.

    My legs were already pretty tired so when I saw the skimble workout of the week was lunges I was scared. It was tough but I got through it.

    Blue, candy cane, red, candy cane some more of blue. The first half was really hard due to a late night last night with a few drinks but by the last hour I had found my groove.

    It was power day! My hamstrings are already pretty tired so the hamstring curls were so tough! The treadmill was a lot of push pace and all outs but not a lot of incline so that was good.

    This was an endurance and strength day. I had almost 25 minutes in the Orange and Red. This was a tough workout and I was drenched at the end
