    Too pretty not to get out at lunch. Jonna and ran into a mama and baby deer and the mama was staring us down so we turned around and went back the long way!

      That happened to Natalya and I on the trails 2 weeks ago! Except there were 4 mamas and their babies and we were surrounded. We stopped, didn't make eye contact, made noise and gave them all a chance to run away. Does don't usually charge, but I figure neither do I but I sure as heck would if I felt my baby was threatened! :)

    2.4 in OT and .6 with Lola when I got home. It was Endurance day at OT so we did some inclines. The weight portion was lots of reps and it was tough.
