      Great job. You probably made the right choice. When you exercise when sick, there is a chance that you take resources and fuel away from you rimmune system, making your infection worse. But the flip side of that is that by exercising, you increase your metabolism and this may give your immune system a boost. So as long as you are eating well today (to replenish your energy), you may have helped your body's ability to fight off that cold. --Jim the Biologist.

    Rainy and 37 degrees but it actually felt great out! I gabbed the entire time and really enjoyed this run! Working on post injury distance for a few more weeks then adding speed work back in.
