    Wonderful race. It's hilly but fun. My last 3 miles were my fastest by a long shot. All 3 were right around 9:20!! It felt good to be able to kick it into high gear at the end!

    Arms and more arms. Push ups with your feet on the weight bench are hard especially after chest presses and bicep curls. It was strength and endurance day!
