I'm not a fan of "cleanses" in general. Over time, your body will eventually get rid of stored up "toxins", as long as you're putting in only the good stuff! Rule of thumb: Stick to the outer edges of the grocery store.

Aww thanks lady! My throat is sore today but they're doing construction outside all the time so it may just be allergies. Really trying to push myself with only one day off per week allowed.
