    Venu Would you believe I bought this book for $1 at the library. The spine isn't even cracked. Based on your recommendation, I am going to delve in and see if it will help with my wayward knee.

      Lovely! A lot depends on how you use it......I still am not sure if I'm injury free because of it or despite it! But I must say I have very few injury issues that plague other runners. The only problem is with my ankle but that's because of an old accident which left me with a steel plate inside, but even that bothers me after the run not during it!

    This was so ridiculous . . . the mirrors were all fogged up and the floor was slippery from our DNA. We left it all on the floor. Had to go there today --the gym is closed Monday and Tuesday. :-(
