    tired Track 6.08 mi 00:59 09:44 pace

Not my night. I think my cold slowed me down tonight. It was 7'-6'-5'-4'-3'-2' ladder tonight, and I averaged between 8:20 and 8:40 pace for all but the last repeat, where I averaged a 7:20. Hoping... read more

    good Core and pushups 00:20

An off day for me, no running. But I put off my strength work from yesterday, so it needed to be done. Did 14-19-14-14-19 (80) pushups. Definitely feeling stronger. Then I did one set of my core ro... read more

  5. RUN
good Around Greenbelt, then pushups 5.04 mi 00:54 10:48 pace

Easy run, though I didn't check my watch and ended up slower than I'd like. Ohwell. Did 72 pushups (12-17-13-13-17). I'm repeating last week's workout and I'm really noticing I'm stronger.

  6. RUN

Take it one step at a time. You aren't racing here so a comfy pace is where it is at.

Super easy run with the 8K group. My hip flexor gave me some trouble when I sped up to faster than 10:00 pace, but subsided when I slowed down. Stretching and other treatment followed.
