  3. RUN
good to Bladensburg and back 9.95 mi 01:40 10:05 pace

Out and back with Elaine B. and Margaret for most of it. We took it a bit slower for the first 8, and then finished strong. I had a lot left at the end, which feels good.

  4. RUN
good Around Greenbelt backwards 4.29 mi 00:42 09:41 pace

Kinda easy run with Elaine B. Great night, great weather!

  5. RUN
good Lake Artemesia 6.63 mi 01:01 09:09 pace

1.3 warmup, then 2x2.5ish @ 8:50. Felt pretty good, workout was hard but not too hard.

  6. RUN
    good Track 5.42 mi 00:49 09:07 pace

Good enough for being totally exhausted. The workout was 3x8:00, which presented a challenge in that I wanted to do miles on each one. I also wanted to set a mile PR, since my old one is...old. So,... read more

  8. RUN
great Cherry Blossom 10 miler 10 mi 01:27 08:44 pace

A great race for me. I think this might be my new Best Race Ever. Took the new Sauconys out, and I'm totally loving them.

  9. RUN
good NE Branch Trail 6.41 mi 01:03 09:53 pace

The tale of two halves: first half at 9:15 with Lydia S. and Gary P. then took it easy with the bigger group. Nice night for a run.

  10. RUN
great Around Greenbelt Backwards 4.56 mi 00:47 10:19 pace

I finally had a spring in my step tonight, which felt good. Maybe I'm finally recovered from RnR. And just in time...for Cherry Blossom. Took it easy today and added 8 hill sprints at the end.

  11. RUN
    good Track 5.59 mi 00:51 09:12 pace

With a short workout planned (5x2:00) because of a stride clinic, I did 3 miles of easy warmup. Did the repeats at the following paces: 6:40(!!!),7:17,7:07,7:14,6:57. Cooled down a half mile.

    great Hockey 01:00

Big win, two goals for me. One I wasn't sure I "scored" since it may or may not have went off me. The other was a hard-work kind of goal in front, the kind I'm really proud of.

  13. RUN
good Wilson Bridge 5.75 mi 01:00 10:28 pace

Went out with the 8K group today. It was humid on the hilly course, so I was glad to take it easy, chat with the 8Kers, Andrea T., and Talisha S.

  17. RUN
good Rock and Roll USA 13.1 mi 02:00 09:10 pace
