    great Saratoga flat loop 6.5 km 00:58 14:21 pace

    Great brisk walk in sunshine. Feet & knees have aches but seemed to work them out after about 20 min. This rehab exercise is interesting.

  2. I've been feeling tired & slightly nauseated since Thursday but still trying to get some exercise in. This morning it was lovely & sunny so I did a 58 min. very brisk walk, about 6.5k.

  3. Made my 112th blood donation yesterday afternoon. Did a very tough 60 minute BOSU class this morning. Feeling totally bagged now.
