    Hey Jillian, tonight's run went alright. I'm wondering where the "it's easy to run a fast pace" feeling is gonna hit, hopefully on race day! My legs are still a bit sore from the 12 on Sunday...so I'm hoping they clear up and get fresh by this Saturday!! :-)

    It's always tricky to have that pacing threshold figured out before race day... a little assurace and specificity would be nice, right? :)
