      have you checked out Macmillan? they give a great amt of info on predicting based on your current times, and then give you how fast you should be running your longs and tempos etc...

      Reed, don't forget that the race pace calculators are only supposed to tell you what you "could" do if the right training is there. And that's the key. The training has to be in place. If you've got a 5K race pace that's predicting a 3:30 in the marathon, that will only happen if there's adequate training to support covering that longer distance. (Just a little fine point to be aware of as you use the calculator.)
